FIG. 10 · Privacy

Nothing to collect.
Nothing to leak.

AI Lifter has no servers and no accounts, so there is nothing for us to gather. Your training lives on your phone. The only time anything leaves your device is when you switch on the AI coach — and then it goes straight to the AI provider you chose, on your own key, with us nowhere in the path.

01 What we collect

Nothing. There is no backend to send it to.

The app has no company server behind it: no analytics SDK, no accounts, no ad networks, no crash reports phoning home. Your workouts, bodyweight, notes, plans and history are written to a database on your device and stay there. We never see them, because there is no "we" on the other end — only your phone.

02 When you switch on the AI coach

Your request, your key, direct to your provider.

The AI coach is optional and off until you connect a provider with your own API key. When you send it a message, your device talks directly to that provider's API. To answer well, the coach includes the context it needs with your request — recent sets and weekly volume, your plan and goals, recovery, and, if you use photo food-logging, the meal photo you choose to send. That request is authenticated with your key and billed to your account. AI Lifter is not a server in that exchange and keeps no copy of it.

03 You choose the provider

Its privacy policy is the one that applies.

Because the coach runs on your account with the provider you picked, how your messages and context are handled is governed by that provider's privacy policy and your settings there. Pick one and read theirs before you connect it.

04 Your data, your call

You hold the delete key.

Everything lives on your device, so there is no server-side copy to request or erase. Clear your data from inside the app, or uninstall AI Lifter to remove the local database entirely. Backups you export are plain files you keep and control. AI Lifter is made for a general adult audience and is not directed at children.

05 About this website

The site, not the app.

This website — separate from the app — uses privacy-respecting analytics to see which pages people find useful: Google Analytics, gated behind your consent, and cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics. No ads, no profiles, nothing sold. You can change your choice anytime with .
